Ducati merupakan salah satu perushaan produsen sepeda motor terkemuka asal Italia. Mereka adalah salah satu dari 2 pioneer lainnya untuk sepedamotor, mereka adalah Harley-Davidson dan BMW. Sejak tahun 1970 Ducati selalu memproduksi sepedamotor dengan mesin desmodromic valve timing L-twin dan rangka trellis. Ducati merupakan anak perusahaan dari FIAT Group (yang dimiliki konglomerat keluarga Agnelli), yang juga membawahi Juventus, Ferrari, dan Maserati.

Ducati telah memenangkan banyak balapan seperti World Superbike championships, MotoGP, Supersport championships atau yang lainnya. Faktanya mereka telah memenangkan lebih banyak balapan di World Superbike championships dari yang lainnya, tepatnya lebih dari 250 balapan dan 12 title dunia untuk World Superbike championships.

Ducati telah membuktikan kepada dunia bahwa dengan mesin L-twinnya, mereka ternyata bisa lebih cepat dari pada mesin-mesin 4 selinder segaris buatan motor-motor jepang. Padahal dengan kapasitas volume yang sama, bisanya mesin yang memiliki silinder yang lebih banyak akan lebih bertenaga. Sebagai contoh mesin Honda CBR 1000RR dengan gampangnya mencapai 200 daya kuda, sedangkan Ducati 999 F06 hanya max sampai 194 daya kuda, padahal keduanya sama-sama 1000cc. Tetapi perlu diingat, motor dengan silinder yang lebih sedikit akan lebih ringan dan aerodinamic dan dapat berlari cepat daripada motor yang bermesin kuat.

“Para pengguna mobil bisa mencegah secara dini kerusakan sistem bahan bakar atau fuel pump,” ungkap Suwadji Wirjono, Direktur After Sales General Motors AutoWorld Indonesia. Berikut tips perawatan sistem bahan bakar yang direkomendasikan oleh Suwardji Wirjono.

1.Tangki Bahan Bakar.Bersihkan atau dikuras secara berkala, minimal 12 bulan sekali, untuk menghilangkan endapan air, sludge/lumpur, dan parafin.
2. Pompa Bahan Bakar. Strainer, saringan awal dibersihkan secara berkala, minimal 6 bulan sekali
3. Filter Bahan Bakar. Dibersihkan secara berkala setiap 15.000 km dan diganti setiap maksimum 30.000 km
4. Injector. Bersihkan dengan ‘Ultra Sonic Injector Cleaner’ secara berkala minimal 15.000 km

Suwardji juga mengingatkan pentingnya para pemilik mobil mengikuti ketentuan pabrik pembuat mobil dalam hal mengganti dan memasangnya. Seperti, memastikan kebersihan dan bebas kontaminasi pada sistem bahan bakar, penggunaan sekring yang sesuai. Selain itu tangki bahan bakar diusahakan minimal terisi 1/4, jangan sampai habis lalu diisi. Bentley Motors continues the intensive development of its flagship Arnage range with the introduction of a major program enhancements for powertrain and chassis Model Year 2007. The famous V8 engine Arnage 6.75 liters now grown up to 500bhp and mated to a six-speed automatic transmission performance advantage, driving dynamics and refinement. Changes in the powertrain equipped with a smooth exterior, interior and under-bonnet design cues.

The key to improving performance is the most powerful version of Bentley's legendary V8 engine ever built at the company headquarters in Crewe, England. In the model of performance-oriented Arnage T, a twin-turbocharged V8 engine produces 500bhp revised surprising and 1000Nm torque - 11percent increase in power and torque increase of 14 percent on top models come out. Twins with the latest ZF six-speed transmission automatic, which uses state-of management of computer-the-art, performance and refinement are optimized at all speeds. In the Arnage R and RL models the new engine driven from 400 to 450bhp, while torque rises from 835 to 875Nm.

500bhp Arnage is a true driver's car with much higher performance and provides a driving experience that is more useful. Improvement of refinement and comfort to 450bhp Arnage R are equally striking, while the long-wheelbase RL shares the same power output increases with the increase of the rear passenger cabin.


Bentley 6.75-liter V8 engine is the center of the development program of 2007 model Arnage. Extraordinary machine, the basic design which has served Bentley models proudly for nearly five decades, has been widely reengineered to provide, in Arnage T specification, 500bhp and 1000Nm torque - figures that ensure that the legendary Bentley wave of torque and even more amazing than ever. Top speed of the Arnage T has risen from 168mph/270km/h to 179mph/288km/h, while increasing the maximum speed 450bhp Arnage R and RL's with 13mph/21km/h to 168mph/270km/h.

When the first V8 engine was built in the1950s, the design brief unwittingly benefit of later generations of Bentley engineers. That is a very forward thinking design with all aluminum construction-, a five main-bearing crankshaft, and well-supported camshaft. Steps taken then laid the foundation for the longevity of the engine.

"People might raise an eyebrow when they were told that the V8 engine in 2007 Model Year Arnage they first used by Bentley in 1959," says Bentley Motors' Director, Powertrain and Chassis, Brian Gush. "But the reality is the basic design was so good that we have been able to continue to improve it for nearly 50 years.

"One of the reasons the engine has been developed with success is the position of the exhaust valves, high in the cylinder head, originally designed for rapid heat dissipation to help engine cooling. Decades later it meant that we could heat the catalytic converter because the shortest path from valves to catalysts , Which favors emissions. This is just one reason why this brilliant engine lives on today. "

The first 6.25-liter engine that produced around 200 horsepower - the new 2007 Model Year 6.75-liter V8 has more than twice that output, with 500bhp and torque 1000Nm to T. Arnage That is the introduction of turbocharging and intercooling in the early 1980s that saw step-change increase in the performance of a V8, and the latest engine program is no different. Although the 6.75-liter engine 2007MY producing around 300 horsepower more than 1959 predecessor, fuel consumption is only 60 percent of the original and thanks to the sophisticated fuel injection and exhaust controls, its emissions output is an incredible 99 percent lower than Bentley's first V8.

PT KIA Mobil Indonesia reported to bring the new car in Indonesia and scheduled to introduce it at Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2011 on July.
No price revealed in Indonesia, however, the vehicle is priced bout € 8,090 in France.
The New Picanto will be driven by 1,200 cc engine instead of 1,100 cc previous.
The new car reported will be totally design as new car instead of facelift.

The combination of TCE 100 engine's cubic capacity of the smaller and the technology is employed to maximize the enjoyment of driving, but combined cycle fuel consumption stands at only 6.3 litres/100km (equivalent to 145g of CO2/km). Renault Wind is an alternative available to the Renault Sport Technologies-developed powerplant normally-aspirated 1.6 16V, especially field-tuned that serves as a direct pointer to the character of his fire.

Plug & Music connectivity permits occupants to plug digital devices such as iPod®, iPhone®, USB keys and other USB-compatible MP3 players into Renault Wind's own audio. This system enables occupants to enjoy music stored on a portable player and allows them to scroll through menus using the steering column-mounted or radio fascia controls. Italia - Tim Ferrari akhirnya secara resmi meluncurkan paket mobil mereka untuk musim 2011, yaitu Ferrari F150 di Maranello-Italia, pukul 10.00 waktu Italia tadi. Proses unveiling dan peluncuran mobil terbaru mereka itu, dilakukan oleh pembalap utama mereka, yaitu Fernando Alonso dan Felipe Massa.


Dengan demikian, Ferrari kembali menjadi tim pertama yang meluncurkan senjata baru mereka untuk tahun 2011. Jika melihat sekilas, tidak banyak perubahan yang terdapat pada mobil, maupun dominasi warna bendera Italia seperti yang dikatakan dalam website resminya.

Namun yang jelas terlihat adalah logo tim Ferrari yang baru, bentuk sidepods mobil yang lebih tegas, menjadi salah satu perubahan yang nyata terlihat. Bagian moncong mobil juga tampak lebih tinggi ketimbang F10. Sementara sistem KERS dan sayap belakang yang lebih fleksibel, juga kembali dipasangkan pada mobil ini.

Jakarta - Sukses dengan gelaran media gathering di kota Surabaya beberapa minggu lalu, hari ini (28/01) PT. Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), resmi meluncurkan varian terbaru dari Suzuki Shogun, yaitu Shogun Axelo.

Bertempat di ruang Merica, Hotel Menara Peninsula, proses peluncuran dihadiri oleh para petinggi besar PT SIS dan dilanjutkan dengan acara gathering bareng bintang-bintang Opera Van Java (OVJ), di Central Park, Taman Anggrek.


Motor ber kapasitas 125cc yang berasal dari singkatan Axe-Akselarasi dan Lo-Low Emition ini ,sudah dibekali dengan lampu "switch on", yang berarti jika mesin di nyalakan, secara otomatis lampu utama juga menyala.

Shogun Axelo sendiri di sajikan dalam 3 varian. Antara lain tipe standar (rem belakang tromol), tipe S (rem belakang cakram), dan tipe R (kopling manual). Masing-masing akan dilepas dengan harga 13,8 juta, 14,7 juta dan hingga 15 juta (on the road Jakarta).
